New Book! Food & Art in Chocolate
A celebration of three decades of chocolate work by chef artist Warren Laine-Naida. "Food & Art in Chocolate" is a rebirth of Laine-Naida's "Art in Chocolate" which was published in 2009.
The 100 pages of this new work convey the chocolate sculptures and 6 unique chocolate recipes in a captivating new format with previously unpublished photographs and insight from the artist. With a forward by Arne Homburg, and many original photos by photographer Konstantin Mihov.
The six recipes included in the book are in English, German, Russian, Spanish, French and Japanese.
